About the Facilitator: Angela Pool-Funai is Assistant Provost for Academic Programs and Dean of the Graduate School & Office of Research at Fort Hays State University, with a tenured appointment in Sociology. Her career spans higher education, faculty roles, and grants and research administration; she is the author/co-author of two books on administration and ethics, holds degrees from Valdosta State, Baylor, and Stephen F. Austin State, and enjoys DIY projects and canoeing in her spare time.
